Testimony
Aayush's contributions to the admissions team at NYU Abu Dhabi are immeasurable. He has proactively and tirelessly pursued every opportunity to improve the efficiency of our work. Prior to the considerable challenges our campus faced due to the COVID restrictions and throughout a prolonged disruption we experienced due to these restrictions, Aayush has innovated ways to keep our team engaged and working. Aayush developed an automated system which allowed our global team to collaborate across offices in New York, London, Abu Dhabi, Shanghai and other locations. This system actually increased the scope of our students' engagement in virtual events and has now become a cornerstone of our program. Aayush diligence and enthusiasm has been a source of inspiration and strength for our team, students and staff alike as we continue to adapt to ongoing challenges and most recently a return to in person work in addition to expanding the breadth of our virtual offerings. The entire NYU Abu Dhabi admissions team owes him a debt of gratitude for his commitment.

- Developed UI Kit components in flutter using designs from UI/UX designer
- Liased with a backend engineers to implement a API contract in OpenAPI spec 3.0 as well as in GraphQl
- Communicated with product owners, designers and backend engineers to efficiently deliver a fully automated salary transfer system for Wio's business banking customers
- Developed frontend for a training reporting dashboard from Figma Designs using ReactJS
- Developed backend for the training report dashboard using Fastify in the MVC architecture
- Automated a build in another repository using GitHub actions
- Led a team of 3 to configure 45 HTC Vive Focus 3 devices and trained 45 individuals to use the device and the software
- Implemented and facilitated the implementation of a payment gateway using the MasterCard Payment API

Senior Student Admissions Ambassador
August 2019 - May 2022
- Implemented an automated system for admissions staff to request for student ambassadors to support events via Google forms,Google Sheets and GScript
- Developed an independent event management system using ReactJS/NextJS, using Firebase as the backend for use by 20 student ambassadors, 20 staff members to facilitate about 50 event requests per academic year
- Implemented a notification system for the event management system using Sendgrid Email API
- Implemented event scheduling on Google Calendar using Google Calendar API
- Implemented testable frontend code with ReactJS/NextJS
- Conducted end to end using reusable Cypress.io tests and fixed bugs discovered during testing
- Developed the public website and admin panel for theeditors of Alnakheel Magazine to add and edit articles using ReactJS/NextJS, Firebase and hosted on vercel
- Co-founded Scholars Abroad Fiji a mentorship network that assists current Fijian high school students to apply to international universities that offer full scholarship
- Developed a public website using ExpressJS, MongoDB and NodeJS

Projects
- Developed a protected app for students to view, attempts challenges and use points to purchase items fromthe store usingReactJS/NextJS as the frontend framework and Firebase for Authentication, Database and Storage and hosted on Vercel
- Developed a protected dashboard for challenges admin to create new challenges, approve or reject submissions and add items to the store
- Developed a dashboard for the annual Assassin Game at NYU Abu Dhabi using NextJS/ReactJS that was used by 155 students over a period of 5 weeks, with 0% downtime on the system
- Setup a daily CRON job to automate the elimination of players that did not meet a certain criteria and changing the phrase of the day
